About

I got my Bsc in physics from king saud university 1982. I was employed as a demostrator in physics dept from 82-83. I finished my Msc in ( Lasers and their Applications) from Essex university, England 1984. In 1988 i was awarded th PhD degree in (semiconductor lasers) from Hull University. Aftter that i joined the physics dept, king saud university as assistant prof. I hold the head of physics dept from 2001-2004.                Associate prof 2003 - 2011. 
Now I am full Professor


Patent :                                                                              Patent submmited to USA under the subject ( Silicon Nanoparticle Photovoltaice Solar Cell) by: Prof. Munir. Nayfeh, Matthew Stupca ( illinois university, champaign, USA), Dr  Mohamad Alsalhi (King Saud University- Saudi Arabia), and Drs Turki Al Saud and Abdulrahman Almuhanna (both at  King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology- Saudi Arabia), 2006.
